Job Description
Position: Sales Assistant Manager (Machinery Tools/Cutting Tools)
Location: Bang Na
Industry: Machinery Tools/Cutting Tools
Key Responsibilities
Manage the staff (3-5 members)
Keep good relationship with clients longer
Establish the vision, goals, and strategies for the Sales department to drive revenue growth.
Conduct sales activities, including visiting new and existing customers to strengthen relationships.
Manage, lead, and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and foster professional development.
Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.
Summarize sales reports and status updates and present them to the Japanese Managing Director.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree
Have experience as Sales and team management.
Experience in senior sales or manager. (Cutting Tools, Machinery and Tooling for Industrial)
Having experience with factory customers is preferable.
Fluent in English.
Have own car.
