海外進出支援・会計コンサルティング企業にて会計コンサルタントの募集です。 日系企業を中心としたクライアントに対し、海外進出、税務、財務、法務、M&Aなど幅広い領域で経営課題の解決を支援しています。会計・税務の専門知識を活かしながら、経営に近い立場でコンサルティングに携わることができるポジションです。成長を続ける市場の最前線で、クライアントの事業発展を支えるやりがいを実感できる環境です。
職務内容
日系企業クライアントに対する海外進出、撤退、M&A、税務、財務、法務に関するコンサルティング
会計・税務に関する各種問い合わせ対応およびアドバイスの提供
既存クライアントへの定期訪問および関係構築
ローカルスタッフへの業務指示および進捗管理
問い合わせ企業へのヒアリングおよび課題分析
提案書の作成およびコンサルティング案件の推進
公認会計士、税理士またはUSCPA資格をお持ちの方
コンサルティング業務経験をお持ちの方
監査法人、会計事務所、コンサルティングファームでの実務経験をお持ちの方
事業会社の経理財務、経営企画等の実務経験をお持ちの方
監査法人の上場支援部門での実務経験をお持ちの方歓迎
上場企業でのIPO関連実務経験をお持ちの方歓迎
ビジネスレベル以上の英語力
