職務内容
・複数工場の統括管理および運営最適化
・生産技術の改善および効率向上の推進
・品質管理体制の強化と品質向上施策の実行
・現地マネージャーの育成および組織マネジメント
・工場全体のパフォーマンス向上に向けた戦略立案と実行
・生産技術および品質管理に関する専門知識・経験
・英語またはインドネシア語での業務遂行能力
・海外拠点での長期就労が可能な方
・月額報酬：IDR 40,000,000～IDR 60,000,000（手取り）
・賞与（定期＋業績連動）
・住居支給あり
・交通手当、社用車（ドライバー付き・乗合）
・医療保険（公的＋民間）
・年1回以上の一時帰国航空券支給
・現地採用
