Our client, a lifestyle beauty brand, is seeking a Retail Training Manager to enhance their retail operations in Japan. This role offers the opportunity to lead training programs, improve customer experiences, and drive sales performance across flagship stores and partner locations.
職務内容：
- 店舗スタッフへの定期的なトレーニングとコーチングを実施
- 新入社員向けのオンボーディングプログラムを促進
- ミステリーショッピング結果を分析し、サービス改善に活用
- 各店舗で一貫した製品知識を強化
- 本社のトレーニングチームへのフィードバックとインサイトの提供
- ブランド基準を守るため、自らが模範となる
- 積極的なコミュニケーションを通じて従業員エンゲージメントを促進
応募資格：
- 高級品、化粧品、ファッション業界でのリテールトレーニングまたは販売の経験5年以上
- リテールKPIとパフォーマンスドライバーに関する深い理解
- 日本語が堪能
- 英語または韓国語での高いコミュニケーション能力（口頭および文書）
- 国内出張の柔軟性（店舗訪問とコーチングのため）
- リテールトレーニングプログラムと新入社員オンボーディングの経験
- eラーニング管理システムの経験
- サービス改善のためのミステリーショッピング結果の分析能力
- リテールにおける顧客体験向上の経験
