主な業務内容：
- ホテル予約業務と品質の管理
- 予約チームのパフォーマンスをリードし評価
- 特別な顧客要求や調整の対応

- 予約システムの管理と改善
- スムーズで高品質な予約体験の確保
応募資格：
- ホテル予約管理の経験
- 日本語と英語の流暢なコミュニケーション能力
- Operaまたは類似のホテル予約システムの経験
- 予約または宿泊部門での管理経験
- ラグジュアリーホテルでの予約経験歓迎（必須ではありません）
- ホスピタリティ業界での顧客サービス経験
- 複数のタスクを管理し、チームをリードする能力
