本ポジションは、市場ニーズと車両開発をつなぐ営業サイドのプロジェクトリードです。
各国の要件を取りまとめ、関係部門と連携しながらグローバルでの製品投入を推進します。

職務内容
- ・車両開発プロジェクトにおける営業サイドのリード
- ・各市場（地域）からのニーズ・要望の収集および整理
- ・開発・生産・商品企画など社内関係部門との調整
- ・新製品の市場投入（ローンチ）の推進
- ・商品企画・ラインナップ戦略の検討
- ・市場分析および顧客ニーズの把握
- ・製品ロードマップ策定への関与
