Contract Manager, APAC 契約マネージャー APAC - Energy Tech (High Salary, WFH, Japan-based)


Our client, a global technology leader in the energy sector, is seeking a Contract Manager for their APAC region. Key Responsibilities:


- Ensure compliance with contract management methodologies
- Review and comment on tender terms and conditions
- Identify contract baseline and potential risks
- Defend contractual interests during project lifecycle
- Analyze contract terms for opportunities and risks
- Manage contracts for large and complex projects


Qualifications:


- Must live in Japan
- Must be fluent in Japanese and Business English
- BA in law
- 4-6 years of contracts management experience
- Experience in energy, engineering, or manufacturing sectors is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with contract and claim management methodologies
- Ability to assess contract risks and opportunities

- 法務の学士号を有すること
- 4〜6年の契約管理経験
- エネルギー、エンジニアリング、または製造業界での経験があれば尚可
- 契約およびクレーム管理手法に精通していること
- 契約のリスクと機会を評価する能力
