Responsibilities:

• Support the full lifecycle of development and production operations, including deployment, monitoring, maintenance, automation, and incident response.
• Improve system reliability, availability, and performance through infrastructure automation, monitoring, alerting, and observability improvements.
• Design and implement automation solutions using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, and Jenkins to improve operational efficiency.
• Support cloud migration initiatives and infrastructure setup using cloud platforms, including GCP environments and Terraform-based resource provisioning.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform middleware and infrastructure optimization, and collaborate with development, security, QA, and product teams across regions.
• Propose and implement new technologies and operational improvements based on industry best practices.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience managing large-scale production systems independently
• Strong experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and infrastructure automation
• Cloud experience (preferably GCP), including VPC design and resource provisioning using Terraform
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting critical production environments
