A Global Life Insurance Company is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Business Strategy & Innovation Department within the IT Division.

This is a key role responsible for driving new product development and cross-functional projects. The position offers abundant opportunities to collaborate with global teams, leverage cutting-edge data technologies, and grow professionally.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze business challenges and propose process improvements
- Create business requirements documents, process flows, and user stories
- Evaluate and recommend business and IT solutions
- Collaborate and coordinate with development teams
- Support test planning and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Assist with project execution and issue management
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams

Work hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon - Fri)
Work Location: Tokyo

業務詳細
- 業務課題の分析および業務改善提案
- 要件定義書、業務フロー、ユーザーストーリーの作成
- 業務改善やIT導入に向けたソリューションの検討・提案
- 開発チームとの連携・調整
- テスト計画の策定およびユーザー受入テスト（UAT）の支援
- プロジェクト推進のサポートおよび課題管理
- 業務部門とIT部門の橋渡し役として関係者との調整・ファシリテーション

勤務時間:  月-金 9：00～17：00
勤務スタイル: ハイブリット

- At least 3 years of Project Manager (PM) or Business Analyst (BA) experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Experience with business requirements definition and business process design
