法務業務とコンプライアンス（法令遵守・企業倫理）業務の双方において、幅広い領域をバランスよくお任せします。
■法務相談・契約関連業務
・各事業部門からの法務相談への対応、および事業推進における良き相談相手としての支援
・契約書の作成、審査、交渉の支援（高度な専門領域、海外や特定の法域が関わる契約、紛争の危険がある案件などへの対応）
・外部弁護士との連携および委託業務の管理
■コンプライアンス・組織基盤への貢献
・法令遵守・企業倫理全般の推進、各種研修や監査実務の実施
・内部通報（適切な通報対応）に関する調査の支援
・「判断基準の共有書庫」の整備など、部内の仕組み化（法務運用の効率化）への参画

Required Skills
■必須要件
・日本の弁護士資格をお持ちの方
・ネイティブレベルの日本語：複雑な法的文書の対応や、社内ステークホルダーとの調整を行えるレベル
・仕事で使える水準の英語力（英語に対し高い学習意欲のある者でも可）
・組織の一員としてお互いに「補い合い」、協調して業務を進められる高い協調性
・法律知識だけでなく、組織への貢献や事業への深い理解を前向きに楽しめる姿勢

・弁護士としての実務経験（3・7年程度を想定していますが、意欲や潜在能力も考慮します）
