・共同研究やライセンス契約にむけた社内窓口・推進、および共同研究開始後のアライアンス推進業務
・疾患バイオロジー創薬モダリティ、標的妥当性、薬理・非臨床データ等の一次評価
・研究、臨床、知財、法務、事業開発等と連携したデューデリジェンス支援
・経営・意思決定会議向け資料作成、提案内容の説明・合意形成
・データベースの活用や学会参加等を通じた創薬の競合、トレンド調査

・製薬企業やバイオテック、VCにおける社外アセットや投資案件の評価経験、共同研究のアライアンス、事業開発の経験
・神経領域またはがん領域の科学的評価力、創薬モダリティに対する理解
・部門横断で合意形成を進めるコミュニケーション力・プロジェクト推進力
・英語での文献調査、資料作成、会議・議論が可能なコミュニケーション力
・企業にて1年以上の組織マネジメント経験（人財育成・評価を含む）を有する
【歓迎（WANT）】
・Ph.D.または修士以上の生命科学・薬学・医学・化学等の専門性
・契約、知財、デューデリジェンスの経験
・導入候補アセットの経済性・事業性評価の経験
・パイプライン・ポートフォリオ管理の経験
・創薬エコシステム構築に関与した経験
