業務詳細

① 事前検討・計画（適合準備）

• 車両仕様、センサー配置、制御仕様の把握
• ADAS機能別（AEB、ACC、LKA、BSM 等）の適合項目定義
• 評価シナリオおよび走行条件の整理
• 関連法規および NCAP 要件の確認（UN-R、J-NCAP 等）

② センサー／ECU 初期最適化（車両インテグレーション）

• カメラ、レーダー、LiDAR の搭載状態確認
• センサーキャリブレーション
  • 静的キャリブレーション
  • 動的キャリブレーション
• ECU 間通信の確認（CAN／Ethernet）
• シグナル確認（車速、ヨーレート 等）

③ 機能適合およびパラメータ調整（コア業務）

• ADAS 各機能に対する実車評価
• 認識性能評価（検知距離、誤検知 等）
• 制御挙動評価（減速度G、操舵介入）
• ドライバー違和感の評価
• ソフトウェアパラメータ調整

④ 不具合解析および対策立案

• 現象の再現条件特定
• ログ解析（CAN／ECU／センサー）
• 原因分析
• ソフトウェア開発部門へのフィードバック

⑤ 法規対応・認証・量産対応

• 法規評価および技術的説明
• NCAP 試験前の事前チェック
• 量産ばらつきを考慮した最終マージン確認
• 生産工場向け調整条件の定義

Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the performance evaluation and optimization of ADAS systems in vehicles.

Location
Yokohama, Kanagawa / Tokyo

Detailed Responsibilities

① Preliminary Study & Planning (Calibration Preparation)

• Understanding vehicle specifications, sensor placement, and control specifications
• Defining calibration items for each ADAS function (AEB, ACC, LKA, BSM, etc.)
• Organizing evaluation scenarios and driving conditions
• Confirming applicable regulations and NCAP requirements (UN-R, J-NCAP, etc.)

② Sensor / ECU Initial Optimization (Vehicle Integration)

• Verifying the installation of cameras, radar, and LiDAR
• Sensor calibration
  • Static calibration
  • Dynamic calibration
• Verifying inter-ECU communication (CAN / Ethernet)
• Signal verification (vehicle speed, yaw rate, etc.)

③ Functional Calibration & Parameter Tuning (Core Work)

• Actual-vehicle evaluation of each ADAS function
• Recognition performance evaluation (detection range, false detection, etc.)
• Control behavior evaluation (deceleration G-force, steering intervention)
• Driver discomfort (perceived unnaturalness) evaluation
• Software parameter tuning

④ Defect Analysis & Countermeasure Planning

• Identifying conditions to reproduce the phenomenon
• Log analysis (CAN / ECU / sensor)
• Root cause analysis
• Feedback to the software development department

⑤ Regulatory Compliance, Certification & Mass-Production Readiness

• Regulatory evaluation and technical explanation
• Pre-checks ahead of NCAP testing
• Final margin confirmation accounting for mass-production variation
• Defining adjustment conditions for the production plant

• ADASシステム開発におけるファンクションオーナー経験及び経験
• ADASシステム又はソフトウェア設計・評価経験

• 車両運動・シャシー基礎知識    
• コミュニケーションスキル    
      日本語 : 流暢な読み書きならびに会話スキル
          クライアントのステークホルダーやベンダーと効果的なコミュニケーションを行う能力
• 最小限の監督があれば単独で作業できること。さらにチームにおいても積極的かつ効果的に作業できること

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the automotive or mobility industry
• Proven experience validating embedded systems in the automotive industry
• Experience as a function owner in ADAS system development
• Experience in ADAS system or software design and evaluation
• Understanding of sensor characteristics (camera / radar)
• Basic knowledge of vehicle dynamics and chassis
• Communication skills:
  • Japanese: fluent reading, writing, and conversation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with client stakeholders and vendors
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing proactively and effectively within a team
• Proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic about self-development and supporting the growth of junior members
• Systematic, structured, and logical thinking, with strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the latest testing methods and tools, and the ability to introduce and apply them
