- 財務、会計、経営学、または関連分野の学士号を有する方
- 財務管理または経理・財務分野における実務経験
- 企業財務および会計原則に関する実務知識
- 予算策定、財務分析、レポーティングに関する経験
- 高い分析力、判断力、問題解決能力

- 会計学または関連分野の学士号（CPA（公認会計士）または同等の資格あれば尚可）
- 監査対応、税務対応、内部統制構築の経験
- 製造業、食品業、工場運営会社等での財務経験
- 英語での業務対応力
