職務内容
- 人材開発（Learning & Development）の企画・運用
- タレントマネジメント関連業務
- HRジェネラリストとしての各種人事対応
- 入社後オンボーディングおよび従業員サポート
- 人事オペレーションおよび社員ライフサイクルの管理
- APACを含むグローバルHRチームとの連携
