Job Description

This is a regional Talent Acquisition role with full ownership of hiring across Japan and Australia. You will partner closely with business leaders and regional HR to drive hiring strategies and deliver high-quality talent outcomes.

Description

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across Japan and Australia
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on hiring strategy
  • Drive direct sourcing, talent pipelines, and candidate engagement
  • Manage agency relationships and optimise external partnerships
  • Deliver high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience
  • Collaborate with regional HR and APAC TA teams
  • Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to leadership
  • Contribute to recruitment projects and talent attraction initiatives

  • Proactive and data-driven approach to hiring
  • Business-level English and Japanese (required for regional scope)
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries is advantageous
