This is a regional Talent Acquisition role with full ownership of hiring across Japan and Australia. You will partner closely with business leaders and regional HR to drive hiring strategies and deliver high-quality talent outcomes.Client Details

- Lead end-to-end recruitment across Japan and Australia
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on hiring strategy
- Drive direct sourcing, talent pipelines, and candidate engagement
- Manage agency relationships and optimise external partnerships
- Deliver high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience
- Collaborate with regional HR and APAC TA teams
- Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to leadership
- Contribute to recruitment projects and talent attraction initiatives

- Salary: 1600万円〜1800万円 + target bonus

- Business-level English and Japanese (required for regional scope)
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries is advantageous
