You will play a central role in creating content that captivates audiences by providing comprehensive support across multiple areas—talent management, social media operations, streaming support, and creative production coordination.

《Specific Responsibilities》
・Manage talent schedules and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
・Support recording and appearance logistics, including on-site or remote attendance when needed
・Assist with social media and YouTube channel operations and contribute to growth strategies
・Provide content feedback and help shape overall creative direction
・Conduct research and analysis on the VTuber market, especially in North America
・Coordinate with external partners on merchandise and event-related initiatives
・Negotiate and collaborate with alliance partners (e.g., companies, media outlets, agencies)
・Support the execution of overseas business operations
・Research regional business practices and regulations; contribute to compliance planning
・Assist in planning and executing other global business ventures for the company

・Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
・Experience studying abroad or being raised in a multicultural environment (returnee)
・A global mindset and strong understanding of diverse cultures
・Knowledge of and interest in influencer culture (e.g., VTubers, YouTubers, TikTokers)
・Ability to manage tasks and communicate effectively in a remote work environment
・Proficiency in business tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
・Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
・A sincere and passionate commitment to supporting each talent’s growth and success
《Preferred》
・Hands-on experience as a talent manager for influencers or content creators
・Professional background in the entertainment industry, particularly in IP or content planning and management
・Experience contributing to the global expansion of IP-driven businesses
・Experience in producing or directing entertainment content
・Work experience at influencer-related companies or within influencer networks (e.g., MCNs)
・Practical experience in entertainment business development for international markets
・Experience in merchandising for character or IP-based businesses
