職務内容
クレジットリスクモデルの定期モニタリングおよびパフォーマンス分析
モデルインベントリ管理およびドキュメンテーション整備
モデル検証チームと連携した指摘事項対応およびモデル認証業務
クレジットリスク評価モデルの開発（海外本社およびグローバル関係者、外部ベンダーと協働）
モデル関連プロジェクトの推進および経営層への報告
モデルの利用状況のモニタリングおよび適切性検証、改善提案
モデルガバナンスおよび管理プロセスの高度化
データ管理プロセスの改善提案
規制当局・経営層向け資料作成・プレゼンテーション
社内関係者との連携およびジュニアメンバーの指導
応募資格
モデルリスク管理に関する5年以上の実務経験（開発または検証）
クレジットリスクモデルに関する実務経験または専門知識
統計・数理・金融工学・コンピュータサイエンス等の知識
SQL、Python、SAS、Excel（VBA）等のデータ分析スキル
高いコミュニケーション能力およびステークホルダー調整力
複数プロジェクトを並行して推進できる能力／自律的に業務遂行できる方
歓迎要件
クレジット格付モデルに関する実務経験
修士号、CFA、FRMなどの資格
モデルオーナーとしての実務経験（開発〜文書化）
規制当局対応や経営層向け報告経験
日本語力
