店舗レイアウト担当
【求人の詳細】
日系小売企業のマレーシア法人にて現地店舗のレイアウト設計を担当。
新規出店区画における適正規模の売場構成提案
お客様が買い物しやすく、店舗運営が効率的に行える店内レイアウト（什器配置）、レジ・サービスカウンター、バックルーム等の設計
魅力的な売場づくりに関する企画・提案
店舗開発部門と連携した出店区画の現地調査および設計スケジュール・ラフプラン
商品部門と連携したゾーニングおよび品揃えの検討
店舗運営部門と連携した店内作業効率化およびショートタイムショッピング推進業務
その他アドホック業務

【必須条件】
(ビザサポートが必要な方)ビザ要件を満たす方
小売業における店舗設計、商業施設の空間設計・レイアウト設計経験
VMD（ビジュアルマーチャンダイジング）経験
英語ビジネスレベル（CEFR B2以上）
日本語ビジネス～ネイティブレベル（N2以上目安）
長期キャリア形成志向をお持ちの方
主体的に課題抽出～改善提案を行った経験をお持ちの方
【歓迎条件】
JwwCAD/AutoCAD、Excel、PowerPointの使用経験
早期就業可能な方
日系企業での勤務経験、及び日本のビジネスマナーに関する理解
