日系現法の新規事業立上げ業務
物件探索および契約交渉、内装業者選定および工事管理
許認可取得および各種手続き対応、規約・マニュアルの策定
スタッフ育成および人事管理、外部ベンダー・委託先の管理
営業および集客活動、マーケティング戦略の統括
売上・KPI等の数値管理、本社への報告業務
クレーム対応、現場オペレーション全般対応、その他アドホック業務

【必須条件】
関連業務経験(フィットネス・ウェルネス業界)
英語ビジネスレベル（CEFR B2以上）
日本語ビジネス～ネイティブレベル（N2以上目安）
マネジメント経験(3年以上目安)
基本的なPC使用経験（Word・Excel・PPT）/法人との折衝調整経験

多様なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーとの協業・マネジメント経験
海外勤務経験
新規事業、スタートアップ立上げ経験(類似事業が好ましい)
