Key Responsibilities:


- Provide legal advice on cash management and corporate banking
- Document transaction agreements for financial transactions
- Handle external counsel and strategic partnerships
- Participate in governance forums as legal representative
- Advise on legal issues in global markets and securities services
- Collaborate with regional and global legal teams


Qualifications:


- Bengoshi - Japanese Bar Qualification (MUST)
- 5+ years of legal experience in law firm or financial institutions
- Native Japanese language proficiency (MUST)
- Advanced English language proficiency (MUST)
- Strong legal skills in financial transactions and regulations
- Experience with cash management, corporate banking, and global markets
- Experience in documentation of transaction agreements
- Ability to handle external counsel and strategic partnerships
- Experience in governance forums as a legal representative

応募資格:

- 現金管理、コーポレートバンキング、グローバル市場での実務経験
- 契約の文書化および管理能力
- 法務代表としてのフォーラム参加経験
