【職務内容（仕事内容）】
非居住者および居住者向け口座開設の手続き案内、必要書類の確認（日本語・中国語・英語を使用）
定期預金、仕組預金、投資商品等のご案内、および契約締結のサポート業務
外貨送金や仕向・被仕向送金に関する手続き、およびコンプライアンスに基づく内容確認
VIP顧客からの電話、メール、対面での問い合わせに対するコンシェルジュ対応
顧客情報の管理、法定書類の作成、グループ内への報告業務などの事務管理

富裕層のお客様に対して、丁寧で質の高い接遇やマナーを実践できる高いコミュニケーション能力
Excel、Wordの基本操作、および迅速なタイピングができるPCスキル
◆歓迎スキル
銀行、証券、FX会社等でのカスタマーサポートや営業などの金融業界経験
航空会社（CA）、高級ホテル、ブランドショップ等での富裕層向け接客・販売経験
AML（アンチ・マネー・ローンダリング）に関する知識や、金融商品の知識をお持ちの方
