国内サプライヤーの開拓・交渉: 食品、飲料、およびケータリング専用機器の国内サプライヤー選定、定期的なパフォーマンス評価、および価格交渉の主導。
コスト最適化と予算管理: 購買データの分析、コスト削減機会の特定、およびリージョナルマネジメントと連携した調達予算の管理。
在庫管理と需要予測の連動: 運航スケジュールの変動に合わせ、原材料の最適な供給体制を維持するため、社内オペレーションチームや調理部門との緊密な連携。
グローバルとローカルの橋渡し: 国内ベンダーとの交渉を円滑に進めつつ、グローバルの調達コンプライアンス基準への適合を維持・推進。
Job Responsibilities
Local Vendor Sourcing & Negotiation: Source local Japanese suppliers for food, beverages, and specialized catering equipment, managing regular vendor performance reviews and price negotiations.
Cost Optimization & Budgeting: Analyze local spend data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and work closely with regional management to manage procurement budgets.
Inventory Control & Demand Alignment: Collaborate with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure raw material availability aligns perfectly with fluctuating international flight schedules.
Global & Local Liaison: Bridge the gap between local Japanese vendor constraints and our corporate global procurement compliance standards.

応募資格・要件 (Basic / Core Requirements)
経験: 調達、購買、またはサプライチェーンコーディネーションの実務経験2~3年以上。食品・飲料(F&B)、ホスピタリティ、製造業、またはFMCG業界での経験者歓迎。
日本語力: 母国語レベルまたはJLPT N1レベル(国内のサプライヤーやベンダーとの日々の価格交渉や契約管理に必須)。
英語力: ビジネスレベル(リージョナルマネジメントへの報告、メール対応、および社内システムの運用が可能なレベル)。
スキル: 数値分析能力、Excelの活用スキル、およびERPなどの購買・在庫管理システムの利用経験。
Basic / Core Requirements
Experience: 2–3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain coordination. Experience within food & beverage, hospitality, manufacturing, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is highly preferred, but not mandatory.
Japanese Language: Native or JLPT N1 level (Critical for daily negotiations, contract management, and relationship building with local Japanese suppliers).
English Language: Business level (Comfortable handling internal systems, email correspondence, and reporting lines with regional management).
Skills: Strong numerical analysis, proficiency in Excel, and an understanding of inventory tracking software or ERP procurement modules.
