製造拠点におけるHRジェネラリストとして、採用（TA）と人材開発（TD）を中心に幅広い人事業務を担当いただきます。
現場に近いポジションで、人材戦略の実行と組織強化の両方に貢献できる役割です。

職務内容
- 工場における採用業務全般（中途採用・採用企画・面接対応など）
- 人材開発（研修企画、育成プログラムの運用・改善）
- 現場マネジメントとの連携による人材戦略の実行
- HRオペレーション全般のサポート（入退社、労務連携など）
- 組織課題の特定および改善施策の企画・推進
