Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organization design, workforce planning, and talent development
Lead key HR initiatives including performance management, employee engagement, and change management
Oversee General Affairs, administration, and employee services to ensure efficient and compliant operations
Manage facility operations, ensuring workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and smooth infrastructure management
Supervise IT support and logistics functions, ensuring system reliability and effective import/export coordination
Lead cross-functional teams, set KPIs, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement across HR and operational areas
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field
Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in HRBP or managerial roles
Proven experience as HR Business Partner or HR Manager, preferably in manufacturing environments
Strong knowledge of HR systems, performance management, and workforce planning
Experience in budgeting, KPI setting, and organizational development
Ability to manage cross-functional teams across HR and operational functions
