Job Description
Position: Logistics Coordinator (Chemicals)
Location: MRT Samyan
Industry: Chemicals
Oversee daily logistics operations in Thailand, including both import and export activities. Ensure effective coordination with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, adherence to local regulations, and alignment with regional logistics strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end logistics operations within Thailand.
Coordinate with 3PL partners and resolve operational issues.
Verify logistics billing and oversee shipment arrangements.
Support inventory cycle count activities.
Handle import/export documentation and permits
Collaborate closely with APAC logistics and compliance teams.
Monitor shipment progress and update ERP/TMS systems.
Assist in the implementation and utilization of the Transport Management System (TMS).
Support logistics reporting and performance tracking (e.g., OTIF, costs, timelines)
Monitor KPIs across the Asia Pacific logistics network.
Qualification:
Experience in imports and exports management.
ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Fluent English in written and verbal communication.
Advance excel skills and logistics KPI report. preparation. Power BI reporting.
