Position: Logistics Coordinator (Chemicals)

Industry: Chemicals

Oversee daily logistics operations in Thailand, including both import and export activities. Ensure effective coordination with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, adherence to local regulations, and alignment with regional logistics strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations within Thailand.

• Coordinate with 3PL partners and resolve operational issues.

• Verify logistics billing and oversee shipment arrangements.

• Support inventory cycle count activities.

• Handle import/export documentation and permits

• Collaborate closely with APAC logistics and compliance teams.

• Monitor shipment progress and update ERP/TMS systems.

• Assist in the implementation and utilization of the Transport Management System (TMS).

• Support logistics reporting and performance tracking (e.g., OTIF, costs, timelines)
  Monitor KPIs across the Asia Pacific logistics network.

Qualification:

• Experience in imports and exports management.

• ERP systems (SAP preferred)

• Fluent English in written and verbal communication.

• Advance excel skills and logistics KPI report. preparation. Power BI reporting.
