Job Description
製造業の企業にて、管理部門GMの募集です。
インドネシア拠点における経営基盤強化を目的とし、経理・財務領域を中核に事業運営を支える上位管理ポジションとなります。
経営に近い立場で数値を通じた意思決定を支援し、将来的な管理体制の高度化に関わることができる、裁量と責任の大きい役割です。
管理部門全体の統括および組織マネジメント
月次・年次決算の統括および経営層向けレポーティング
財務・管理会計の視点からの数値管理・分析
経理・会計プロセスの整備および改善推進
税務関連業務への対応およびリスクマネジメント
社内外関係者との英語による折衝・調整
英語での業務上の報告・連絡・相談が円滑に行える方
製造業における経理実務経験（決算業務を含む）
財務または管理会計分野での経験をお持ちの方は歓迎
税務関連業務の知見・経験があれば歓迎
インドネシアでの勤務経験があれば歓迎
インドネシア語スキルがあれば尚可
雇用形態：現地採用または本社採用（経験により決定）
勤務時間：月～金 8:00～17:00
現地採用給与：月給 IDR 55,000,000～80,000,000（手取、経験により応相談）
本社採用給与：年収～1,500万円程度（経験により応相談）
THR：1か月分
就労ビザ取得費用会社負担
公的保険（BPJS）および民間保険（海外旅行保険）
社用車・ドライバー支給（内容は面接時に応相談）
