業務内容本ポジションでは、フォワーディング業務におけるカスタマーサービスおよびオペレーション業務をご担当。
① フォワーディングオペレーション業務航空貨物・海上貨物の輸出入オペレーション全般。
輸出入貨物のオペレーション業務
航空会社・船会社・協力会社との各種調整
輸送スケジュール管理
通関および配送手配
海外拠点（社内）との連携
顧客窓口として、輸送に関する各種対応をご担当。
顧客からの問い合わせ対応
輸送状況の案内・フォローアップ
見積書および各種書類の作成
顧客との各種調整業務
社内関連部署との連携
フォワーディング業界におけるカスタマーサービスまたはオペレーション業務の経験
輸出入オペレーションの実務経験
即戦力として業務遂行が可能な方
航空貨物・海上貨物双方の取り扱い経験
日本企業または日系企業での勤務経験
日本語でのコミュニケーション能力
年収：€30,000 ～ €34,000（12ヶ月給与＋賞与2ヶ月分）
勤務形態：週5日オフィス出社
その他：交通費支給
