COMPANY OVERVIEW

A leading digital infrastructure provider is hiring a Manager, Marketing & Communications. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to drive brand visibility, thought leadership, and customer engagement across the region. Working closely with business and commercial leaders, you will lead integrated marketing, communications, and event initiatives that strengthen market presence, support business growth, and position the organisation as a trusted industry leader. Experience within the data centre, digital infrastructure, cloud, telecommunications, or broader technology sector will be a strong advantage.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications programmes that support brand growth and business objectives.

  • Partner closely with leadership and sales teams to increase market visibility, strengthen thought leadership, and generate engagement opportunities with target customers.

  • Create and localise content across media, digital, social, and event channels to ensure relevance for local audiences.

  • Identify industry trends, market developments, and customer challenges to develop compelling stories and campaigns.

  • Drive participation in industry events, conferences, and speaking opportunities that enhance brand presence and credibility.

  • Plan and deliver customer events, roundtables, and executive engagements that create meaningful conversations and business opportunities.

  • Work with strategic partners on joint marketing initiatives and go-to-market programmes.

  • Build relationships with media, industry associations, and key influencers to expand reach and strengthen market positioning.

  • Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Track campaign performance and share insights to continuously improve effectiveness and impact.
     

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, events, or related roles.

  • Experience partnering with sales teams to support business growth and customer engagement.

  • Strong skills in marketing programme management, content development, communications, and event execution.

  • Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across different functions and levels.

  • Commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activities to business outcomes.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

  • Experience in technology, digital infrastructure, telecommunications, cloud, data centre, or adjacent industries would be advantageous.

  • Exposure to the data centre industry, hyperscalers, cloud providers, digital infrastructure businesses, or regional/global technology organisations will be a strong advantage.

  • Experience working across regional or global organisations and collaborating with cross-functional teams is preferred.
