KPI（生産性・品質・コスト・納期）の達成管理
日々の現場状況の把握および課題解決
生産計画の策定および進捗管理
工程改善、歩留まり改善、生産性向上活動
Lean、生産革新、コストダウン施策の推進
品質トラブルの分析・是正対応
顧客クレーム対応および再発防止策の実施
品質基準の維持・向上
工場内スタッフ（マネージャー・エンジニア・オペレーター）の統括
組織強化、人材育成、評価制度の運用
労務管理および職場環境の改善
日本語を用いた業務報告・会議対応
技術・品質・経営に関する情報共有
本社方針のローカル展開
新規設備導入・立ち上げ支援
安全衛生・コンプライアンス対応
緊急時の対応・意思決定
日本語ビジネスレベル（会議・報告が可能なレベル）
製造業におけるマネジメント経験（10年以上目安）
