PR/119277 | Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to support business improvement, system enhancement, and data-driven decision-making initiatives. This role works closely with management and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, define solution approaches, and communicate clear functional specifications to technical teams for delivery under a Waterfall project methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with senior leaders and business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, operational pain points, and improvement needs in a structured manner.

• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, process flows, and solution proposals, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business objectives.

• Analyze business and performance data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities, and recommend practical system or process solutions.

• Produce high-quality documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), use cases, and workflow diagrams in line with Waterfall standards.

• Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring requirements are fully understood and accurately handed over for system design and development.

• Support the Waterfall delivery lifecycle by participating in requirement sign-off, solution walkthroughs, user acceptance testing (UAT) preparation, defect clarification, and change impact assessments.

• Coordinate with project and technical teams to manage scope, track requirement delivery, and ensure solutions meet approved specifications and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, system enhancement, project coordination, or IT solution delivery.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with proven experience in requirements definition and solution design.

• Hands-on experience working in a Waterfall or structured SDLC environment is highly preferred.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset with a strong interest in continuous improvement.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
