- 研修および開発プログラムの実施と評価
- 後継者育成のためのタレントマネジメント
- パフォーマンス管理プロセスの適用
- 地域での多様性と包括性プログラムの推進
- 労使関係の維持と労働組合との交渉
- 従業員関係の問題解決と苦情対応


応募資格：


- 人事またはビジネス管理の学士号
- 10年以上の人事管理経験
- 自動車部品メーカーでの経験
- 国内雇用法とコンプライアンスの深い知識
- 日本語と英語の流暢さ
- HRISシステムの使用経験
- 労働組合との交渉スキル
