Key Responsibilities:


- Oversee daily restaurant operations and service quality
- Lead and train restaurant team for luxury service delivery
- Ensure communication between kitchen, service team, and hotel departments
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and special occasions professionally
- Support revenue growth through upselling and guest relationship building
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards


Qualifications:


- Previous experience in luxury hospitality management
- Business-level Japanese proficiency
- Strong knowledge of luxury service standards
- Experience in French, Italian, or hotel restaurant operations is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant management
- English communication skills is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with inventory control and cost management
