【Job Responsibilities】

• Oversee and manage HMI IVI development projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product vision and business objectives.
• Drive project execution, manage risks, and optimize resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product management, etc.) to deliver outstanding products.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
• Utilize industry-standard tools like DOORS, Confluence, and JIRA for project management and documentation.
• Stay updated on the latest Android development trends and technologies.

• HMI・IVI開発プロジェクトを、企画段階から完了まで統括・管理する。
• 部門横断的なチームと連携し、製品ビジョンや事業目標との整合性を確保する。
• プロジェクトの実行を推進し、リスクを管理し、リソース配分を最適化する。
• プロジェクト計画、スケジュール、予算を策定・管理する。
• 部門横断的なチーム（デザイン、プロダクトマネジメントなど）と連携し、優れた製品を提供する。
• コードレビューに参加し、コードの品質と保守性を向上させるための建設的なフィードバックを提供する。
• プロジェクト管理やドキュメント作成に、DOORS、Confluence、JIRAなどの業界標準ツールを活用する。
• Android開発の最新動向や技術について常に情報を収集する。

【Requirements / 応募要件】

• Proven experience in HMI IVI system development and project management.
• Strong understanding of automotive software development processes and tools.
• Proven experience in managing project with Java programming language.
• Experience with Android SDK and testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with DOORS, Confluence, and JIRA is preferred.
• Proficiency in Japanese language (N2 or above).
• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work in a diverse and international environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Nice to have Certifications related to Project / Program Management
