Senior Recruiter シニアリクルーター - Recruitment Strategy (Bonuses, Flextime, Remote Work)


Our client, a leading company in the automobile and manufacturing industry, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to oversee their recruitment strategy from planning to execution. This role offers the opportunity to focus on mid-career recruitment, managing the entire process from identifying needs to post-offer follow-up. Key Responsibilities:


- Oversee recruitment strategy from planning to execution
- Coordinate recruitment requirements with departments
- Form candidate pool using direct recruiting and social media
- Manage selection process and candidate support
- Propose and implement recruitment process improvements
- Negotiate and manage relationships with recruitment agents
- Conduct recruitment public relations activities


Qualifications:


- 5+ years in human resources
- 3+ years as a recruiter with mid-career recruitment experience
- Experience with SNS and direct recruiting methods
- Native Japanese and business-level English proficiency
- Experience using ATS (recruitment management system) is preferred but not mandatory

  • 人事経験5年以上
  • リクルーターとしての中途採用経験3年以上
  • SNSやダイレクトリクルーティングの経験
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語とビジネスレベルの英語の能力
  • 採用管理システム(ATS)の使用経験があれば尚可
