Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Apply adequate understanding of electrical products and circuit diagrams.
- Analyze and resolve defects in electrical circuits using structured problem-solving methods.
- QUtilize 5Why and 8D analysis techniques to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and issue reports in English.
- KPI management: Establish KPIs, monitor progress, and drive improvements.
- Drive initial lot production for new startups and set targets to ensure smooth collaboration with production teams.
- Lead resolution of issues in new models, preproduction quality, and technical challenges.
- Assist supervisors and team leaders in their tasks.
- Follow up on production plans and ensure timely execution.
