このポジションでは、 北米市場向け製品の研究開発部門において、製品企画から設計、試験、量産準備まで一連の開発プロセスを技術面から支援し、新製品が性能目標、品質基準および各種規制要件を満たすことを担います。
職務内容
新製品コンセプトに基づく性能要件の策定
製品構造・材料・形状設計および試作評価
設計FMEAを含む設計品質管理
設計レビューおよび量産移行に向けた技術調整
規制・安全要件への対応
市場クレームに対する技術的原因解析
継続的改善、新技術・特許提案
関係部門（生産技術、営業、マーケティング）との協働
応募資格
エンジニアリング分野での実務経験4年以上
製品開発プロジェクトへの参画経験
論理的思考力、分析力、コミュニケーション力
機械工学または同等分野の学士号
国内外出張対応可能な方
勤務地 ジョージア州バートウ郡周辺
勤務形態 ハイブリッド勤務（週４回出社、週１回在宅勤務）

給与 USD80,000-90,000
