職務概要
このポジションでは、船舶の安全かつ円滑な運航を支えるため、運航状況の管理、関係各所との調整、ならびに各種オペレーション業務を幅広く担当します。船長や港湾代理店、ブローカーなどと連携しながら、日々の航海が滞りなく進むようサポートする役割です。
職務内容
船舶の運航状況・動静の確認および報告
航海指示書の作成、港湾代理店との連絡・調整
船長、代理店、ブローカーとの電話・メールでの連携
用船者への運賃請求および関係先への送金手配
事故発生時の状況把握、報告および指示対応
燃料・潤滑油の手配補助
乗組員手配および積付計画策定の補助
海運オペレーションシステムへのデータ入力・管理
その他、支払管理などの関連事務業務
応募資格
Microsoft Office / Office 365 の基本操作スキル
英語での読み・書き・会話が可能な方
新しい環境でも前向きに学び、主体的に行動できる方
歓迎要件
スペイン語スキルをお持ちの方は歓迎
貿易（輸出入）または物流分野での実務経験をお持ちの方
勤務地 ニュージャージー州エングルウッド・クリフス（オンサイト勤務）
給与 USD50,000-60,000
