職務概要
このポジションでは、ラグジュアリー商材を扱うショールームにおいて、顧客対応を中心に在庫管理や配送調整を担いながら、将来的には鑑定・購買業務の基礎にも関与していただきます。接客品質とオペレーション精度の両立を通じて、店舗運営全体を支える役割です。
職務内容
ショールームでの接客対応および顧客フォロー
在庫補充、棚卸し、在庫データの管理
売場の清潔さおよびディスプレイ品質の維持
配送手配・オペレーション連携
商品写真撮影および商品説明文の作成
持込商品の一次チェック（ブランド・真贋・状態）および査定情報の記録
上位鑑定担当への情報引き継ぎサポート
応募資格
小売、接客、ホスピタリティ、サービスデスク等での対面顧客対応経験
英語で日常の接客・顧客対応ができる会話力および文章力
日本語での社内コミュニケーションが可能な方（目安：JLPT N4以上）
高価格帯商材を丁寧に扱い、商品セキュリティ手順を遵守できる方
POS／CRM／在庫管理システム、表計算、メール・チャット等の基本的なITスキル
週末および繁忙期を含むシフト勤務に対応可能な方
歓迎要件
ラグジュアリーリセール、質、査定、委託販売、ブランド品取扱いの実務経験
在庫管理、照合業務、オンライン掲載／EC運用サポートの経験
日本語力：JLPT N3以上
勤務地 カリフォルニア州ロサンゼルスエリア
勤務条件
勤務時間：9:30〜18:30
休日：週2日
雇用形態：フルタイム
給与：月給制 USD 4,000（段階的昇給あり）
