国際物流業界の日系企業が、フランクフルト・アム・マイン（Cargo City Süd）拠点の航空貨物チームにAir Freight Export / Import Coordinator (m/f/d) を募集しています。
職務内容
輸出入注文の処理（通関手続きを含む）
輸出入および配送関連書類の作成（輸出書類、納品書など）
貨物の追跡（到着確認および航空便の追跡を含む）
配送スケジュールおよび納品日の調整
国内外の顧客および代理店への請求
請求書の確認および検証
信用状取引の処理
顧客、代理店、および世界各地の事務所との連絡
顧客からの苦情、クレーム、および破損事故の対応
危険物輸送の手配およびADR書類の作成
料金や納品日の調整を含む、電話による顧客サポートの提供
応募要件
物流またはフォワーディングを専門とする商業研修を修了していること
航空貨物の輸入および／または輸出業務において、2年以上の実務経験があること
通関関連の手続きおよび書類作成に関する確かな知識を有すること
細部にまで注意を払い、慎重かつ体系的な働き方ができること
サービス精神に富み、自発的で信頼できる人物であること
優れた組織力と、チーム内で効果的に業務を遂行できる能力を有すること
ドイツ語および英語による、読み書き・会話ともに流暢なコミュニケーション能力を有すること
