Key Responsibilities
Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
Prepare and review reconciliations between actual and forecast figures, identifying and explaining variances
Assist in the preparation of regular financial reports for internal stakeholders and overseas headquarters
Produce and maintain tracking reports related to revenue, costs, and overall performance
Work cross-functionally to collect, validate, and interpret financial and operational data
Maintain master data and support data uploads across financial and planning systems
Support cashflow reporting, including variance analysis versus budget and prior periods
Contribute to planning cycles such as budget submissions and periodic business reviews
Assist with process improvements and participate in ad-hoc finance and reporting projects
What They’re Looking For
1–2 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
Experience supporting reporting, reconciliations, or forecasting processes is preferred
Strong Excel skills with the ability to process and analyse financial data
Currently studying (or planning to study) towards a professional accounting qualification (e.g. CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
High attention to detail with a structured and organised working style
Proactive mindset with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
Experience with financial systems is advantageous (e.g. SAP, Oracle Essbase)
