Key Responsibilities

  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates

  • Prepare and review reconciliations between actual and forecast figures, identifying and explaining variances

  • Assist in the preparation of regular financial reports for internal stakeholders and overseas headquarters

  • Produce and maintain tracking reports related to revenue, costs, and overall performance

  • Work cross-functionally to collect, validate, and interpret financial and operational data

  • Maintain master data and support data uploads across financial and planning systems

  • Support cashflow reporting, including variance analysis versus budget and prior periods

  • Contribute to planning cycles such as budget submissions and periodic business reviews

  • Assist with process improvements and participate in ad-hoc finance and reporting projects

 

What They’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or a related field

  • Experience supporting reporting, reconciliations, or forecasting processes is preferred

  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to process and analyse financial data

  • Currently studying (or planning to study) towards a professional accounting qualification (e.g. CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)

  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

  • High attention to detail with a structured and organised working style

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach

  • Experience with financial systems is advantageous (e.g. SAP, Oracle Essbase)
