Job Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager Logistics based in Jakarta (Multinational Company). The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the commercial operations and the day-to-day logistics operations of the branch.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in operations or sales within freight forwarding, including prior management and supervisory roles.
Proven leadership and operational management experience, with the ability to drive performance excellence across functions.
Deep industry knowledge of shipping, NVOCC, freight forwarding, and logistics operations.
Revenue & P&L Accountability – Achieve revenue, volume turnover, and overall profitability targets of the branch.
Business Development – Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive growth across service verticals.
Team Leadership – Lead and manage teams in operations, sales, and customer service to ensure performance excellence.
Operations Oversight – Supervise and coordinate cargo movements, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Customer Relationship Management – Maintain high customer satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Financial Management – Manage branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
NVOCC Carrier Relations – Maintain strong relationships with carriers, negotiate competitive rates, and ensure timely space support for all export bookings.
