・現地法人トップとして拠点全体の経営・運営管理
・事業戦略の立案および実行推進
・生産・品質・営業など各部門の統括マネジメント
・日本本社および海外グループ会社との連携・調整
・社内外ステークホルダーとの関係構築および強化
・ビジネスレベルのインドネシア語
・インドネシア法人におけるマネジメント経験
・自動車業界（Tier1またはTier2メーカー）での実務経験
・完成車メーカーとのネットワークをお持ちの方歓迎
