総合商社・産業資材関連ビジネスを展開する企業にて、拠点責任者候補の募集です。
東南アジア市場において事業基盤の強化を進めており、ジャカルタ拠点の中核メンバーとして、現地ビジネスの拡大と組織運営を担う重要なポジションです。営業・マネジメントの両面から拠点をリードし、市場開拓と事業成長に直接貢献できる、非常にダイナミックな環境が魅力です。
■職務内容
・現地企業（主に日系企業およびローカル企業）への新規開拓営業および既存顧客対応
・サプライヤーとの折衝および調整業務
・現地スタッフのマネジメント（指示・指導・管理）
・拠点運営に伴う総務関連業務
・その他、拠点運営に関する業務全般
■応募要件
・営業経験（新規開拓または既存営業）をお持ちの方歓迎
・ゴルフや会食、交流会などを通じた関係構築・ネットワーキングに積極的に取り組める方
・訪問や出張などにも柔軟に対応できるフットワークの軽い方
・語学力不問（通訳サポートあり）
■福利厚生
・給与：月額IDR 20,000,000～35,000,000（手取り）
・賞与：THR1か月分
・交通手当支給
・社会保険（BPJS）加入
・雇用形態：契約社員（1年更新）
・勤務日：月～金
