Our client, a Japanese manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities 

✅ Oversee financial reporting and general ledger management 

✅ Manage accounts payable, receivable, inventory, and cost accounting 

✅ Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis 

✅ Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with tax authorities 

✅ Implement and maintain internal controls 

✅ Coordinate audit processes and ensure regulatory compliance 

✅ Lead and manage accounting team

Requirements 

✅ Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting

✅ Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting and finance 

✅ At least 2-3 years in supervisory or team lead role 

✅ Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting 

✅ Proven experience in full-cycle accounting, financial closing, and audit coordination 

✅ Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities 

✅ Strong leadership skills in managing teams and meeting deadlines 

✅ Business-level English proficiency

✅ Experience in manufacturing environments 

✅ Strong exposure to cost accounting and ERP systems
