Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with production and business goals

• Source and negotiate with suppliers for steel rods, wire materials, machinery, spare parts, packaging, and factory consumables

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing schedules with production planning

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, pricing, and timely delivery

• Evaluate supplier performance and conduct periodic vendor audits

• Analyze market trends, steel pricing, and supply chain risks

• Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and regulations

• Lead cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or production timelines

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, finance, and quality control teams

• Prepare procurement reports, budgeting forecasts, and purchasing analysis

   

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in steel, manufacturing, or industrial sectors

• Strong knowledge of procurement systems and inventory management

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Experience handling local and international suppliers is an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems

• Leadership experience managing procurement teams preferred

• Willing to work in Bogor
