Job Description
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in a garment manufacturing managerial role (Factory Manager / Production Manager / Senior Operations role)
Strong knowledge of garment production processes (cutting, sewing, finishing, packing)
Experience in production planning, line balancing, and efficiency improvement
Strong skills in cost control, budgeting, and productivity optimization
Responsibilities:
Manage daily factory operations and ensure smooth production flow across all departments
Monitor and achieve production output targets (daily, weekly, monthly)
Improve production efficiency, line balancing, and capacity utilization
Ensure all products meet buyer specifications and quality standards
Control production costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization
