Our client, a Japanese concrete manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead procurement operations and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities 

✅ Oversee procurement planning and vendor management 

✅ Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships 

✅ Control costs and optimize procurement budget 

✅ Manage purchase orders and inventory coordination 

✅ Lead purchasing team and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements 

✅ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field 

✅ Minimum 10 years of procurement/purchasing experience 

✅ At least 3-5 years in managerial role leading a team 

✅ Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management

✅ Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills 

✅ Business-level English proficiency

Preferred 

✅ Manufacturing industry experience 

✅ ERP systems knowledge 

✅ Stable employment history with career progression
