OVERVIEW 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

-Formulate and implement commercial strategies across ASEAN countries (Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, etc.)

-Cultivate and manage distributor partnerships, ensuring sustainable growth and collaboration

-Establish the ASEAN headquarters framework, including recruitment and team building

-Consolidate Singapore HQ functions, centralizing decision-making and operational oversight
 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

-Minimum 10 years’ hands-on experience in business development, sales, or distributor management within ASEAN markets

-Currently residing in Singapore or open to relocation

-Fluency in Japanese, Chinese, and English for effective communication with HQ and clients
 

BENEFITS 

-Annual package:100K to 200K 

-Language: Business level Japanese to communicate to HQ and Business level Mandarin to communicate with distributors
