Overview

We are partnering with a leading international financial institution to hire an experienced M&A to join their Southeast Asia team.

This role offers the opportunity to work on cross-border strategic transactions across multiple sectors, with exposure to both deal origination and execution in a lean and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute M&A transactions from pitch through to completion

• Perform financial analysis, valuation, and modelling to assess potential opportunities

• Assist in the preparation of client materials, pitchbooks, and transaction documentation

• Participate in due diligence processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

• Conduct industry, market, and company research to support strategic decision-making

• Work closely with senior bankers on deal origination efforts across Southeast Asia

• Contribute to day-to-day project management across live transactions
